Welcome — I’m Alex (he/him), a Registered Professional Counselor Associate dedicated to helping you heal, grow, and reconnect with your sense of self.

I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel genuinely heard, supported, and respected. In our work together, you can expect open, honest communication and a steady partner as you explore what’s been weighing on you and where you’d like to go next.

My passion lies in helping adults navigate trauma, domestic violence, anxiety, and depression. I know how overwhelming these experiences can feel, and I’m here to help you make sense of your story, strengthen your self-awareness, and build practical tools to move through life with greater clarity and confidence.

My approach blends empathy with a straightforward, collaborative style. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you — your goals, your healing, and your growth.

To support that process, I draw from evidence-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I tailor each session to your needs and pace, so your therapy feels personal, grounded, and genuinely useful.

I hold a BS in Psychology from Portland State University and an MA in Applied Clinical Psychology from Pacific University. I welcome clients of all cultures, identities, and backgrounds, and I am committed to providing culturally sensitive care that meets you exactly where you are.

If you’re ready to begin — or even just to explore the possibility — I’m here to walk with you toward healing, resilience, and meaningful personal growth.
