Amy Schulz is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington, and is a certified EMDR therapist.  She is devoted to serving marginalized individuals to help improve her client’s lives. Her form of (attachment focused) EMDR coupled with her Family Systems background and culturally sensitive approach, has helped clients repair relationships, break free from engrained family dynamics, and move towards the future they desire.

I especially enjoy using EMDR to help clients improve their lives around issues such as:

  • BIPOC/multicultural and first-generation issues

  • Women's issues

  • Highly sensitive people

  • Anxiety

  • Self Esteem

  • Individual Growth

  • Stress Management

  • Domestic Violence

  • Trauma (Chronic and Acute)
        and PTSD

  • Sexual Abuse

  • LGBTQ+ Issues

  • Culturally appropriate
       mindfulness approaches

  • Inter-generational trauma

  • Chronic pain or illness

  • Medical Diagnoses

  • Loss or Grief

“I love meeting with clients and helping them figure out exactly how worthy of love they truly are. Most of my clients come to me because they struggle from anxiety, depression, or PTSD.  My work is to help you uncover exactly what is keeping you from the life you want and how to communicate your feelings, fears, and needs in order to get it.”
