“I love meeting with clients and helping them figure out exactly how worthy of love they truly are. Most of my clients come to me because they struggle from anxiety, depression, or PTSD.  My work is to help you uncover exactly what is keeping you from the life you want and how to communicate your feelings, fears, and needs in order to get it.” 

I’m passionate about helping clients recognize their inherent worth and take concrete steps toward the life they  want. Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, depression, or PTSD. Together, we identify what’s holding you back and develop practical strategies to express your feelings, fears, and needs clearly—so you can create meaningful change and move forward with confidence."

If you don't see your preferred therapist listed, you can still reach out — our team can add you to a waitlist or connect you with someone who has a similar specialty and immediate availability.

Q: Do you offer in-person sessions, telehealth, or both?

 

A: I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions. In-person appointments are available at our SE Portland office at 2950 SE Stark Street, Suite 130, Portland, OR 97214. Telehealth sessions are available to clients anywhere in Oregon.
