Hi, I’m Lily (She/They). I’m glad you’re here.

My work is rooted in the belief that when we connect with and honor the deepest parts of ourselves, we are able to shift towards authentic approaches to our lives and relationships. In the space of our therapeutic relationship, it is my goal to offer a place where the totality of you can be seen and held, as is. It is my mission to be with and dignify you in this unfurling, helping you explore and anchor disowned places, and move towards liberation.

My approach is based in trauma-informed and evidence-based practices, with a foundation in attachment theory. I integrate Narrative, Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic, CBT, Mindfulness, and Somatic therapies, drawing from these pools as needed while grounding our work in the emerging moment and our relationship. I strive to weave this process with intuition and humor, and create space for changes that feel both radical and accessible.

I enjoy working with clients from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of concerns. I have found I am especially well-suited to support individuals and couples navigating persistent and painful relational patterns, interpersonal loss, identity struggles, intimate disconnection, and sexual concerns.

I hold a Master’s in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling from Portland State University, and a Bachelor’s in Dance from Western Washington University. In my graduate clinical internship I focused on couples and sex therapy, training under an AASECT certified supervisor. I feel particularly called to support in dismantling internalized messages about how sex, relationships, and our bodies must be, and to help you move towards who you are and what you really want.

About Me:

I am a white, queer, fat, able-bodied, cis-(ish) gendered counselor. I consider divesting from dominant power systems key to my practice, as well as my own healing work. Before starting grad school, I held many jobs including as a dancer, artist, and service industry hotshot (bartender). In my free time I like to garden, putter around the house, be with loved ones, play and replay my song-of-the-week, watch Survivor, and make quilts very slowly.
