Hi there! My original name is Kaitlyn Wilson (they/them) and I go by the name Red. I prefer gender neutral pronouns, but am open to any pronouns. I am a professional counselor associate in the state of Oregon dedicated to helping clients process and access inner healing. I consider my role to be helping you understand yourself more deeply so that you can make informed decisions about your life.

I am passionate about helping individuals address attachment trauma, disordered eating, and gender identity exploration. I use a relational approach that integrates Internal Family Systems and parts work, Somatic Experiencing, narrative, and creative therapies according to client needs and preferences. I help clients navigate the impact of family and cultural influences in their lives. I especially enjoy helping clients practice mind-body regulation techniques and build a secure attachment relationship with themselves.

I have experience working with people from diverse backgrounds in residential and counseling centers. I earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bushnell University in Eugene in 2022. I am working toward licensure under supervision from Mindi Barta, LPC. I practice meditation and yoga regularly and spend most of my free time involved in music and dancing.
