Hello, my name is Sable (They/He) and I am so glad you are here. 

I am a marriage, couples, and family therapy associate in the state of Oregon. I have experience and a passion for working with queer, transgender, and neurodivergent clientele, and I work with individuals and couples. 

I bring a systemic, culturally-informed, and trauma-informed perspective to the services I provide. My therapeutic approach utilizes a combination of evidence-based practices such as emotional focused therapy (EFT), internal family systems (IFS), and somatic therapy. I will assist and empower you to find your personal strengths; explore and express your underlying thoughts, feelings, and needs; and facilitate you in identifying and confronting how power dynamics and privilege affects our lives.

You are the expert in your lived experience and I acknowledge that therapy is not one size fits all. Together, we can create an environment in which you feel safe, respected, and heard. As someone who is white, currently able-bodied, neurodivergent, queer, and nonbinary, I recognize how intersecting identities affect systems and relationships, and the privilege that I hold within these systems. Through this systemic lens, I recognize how particular societal structures inform our values, needs, and wants.
