About
Are you a licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or post-graduate intern (LMFT Intern, LPC Intern, CSWA or Professional Counselor Associate)? Are you looking for the opportunity to be part of a group that offers support, connection, collegiality, and provides the opportunity for work/life balance?
Health Allies Counseling hires part to full time therapists (15 - 28 clients per week). Therapists provide ongoing counseling services to individuals within your desired areas of specialty.

Providers may choose to provide telehealth from a home office or in one of our office locations. Providers may also choose to provide some in person sessions if desired, but not required. Therapists are not required to reside in Oregon but must be able to be licensed in Oregon.

Experience with and passion for working with people who have difficulties due to the existence of trauma in their lives.
-
Interest in naturopathic support, mindfulness, and other alternative therapies for mental health
-
Interest in bringing your own passion to the work in specialty areas, client groups, approaches, etc. of your own choosing

-
Interest in serving special populations is a plus but not required, for example, people under 18, LGBTQ+, non-English speaking, or POC clients.
-
Interest in being part of a small, personable group practice with around 25 staff members.
