We can help.

We use a variety of approaches in treating anxiety and depression, starting with a holistic view that recognizes the mind-body and brain-gut connection in mental health, as well as taking into account family history, physical health, and other factors in formulating an approach for you.  We help you identify the layers contributing to your struggles, and we address them together. We are happy to work together with your medical provider, to provide extra resources for you to access, and to help you dive into habits and beliefs that will release you to live your best self.
